Product / Orders

Shipping

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Keep your eyes open for discounts and free shipping offers! LINK Crash Pads are excluded from free shipping offers, due to their size.

Please note – Your ship-to address cannot be changed or modified once you have placed an order. Please double check your ship-to address before placing an order, and review our Terms and Conditions here.

Ship Times and Tracking

Please check your purchase confirmation email for a tracking number. Shipments will be sent out as soon as possible after your purchase. Feel free to contact us with any questions through our Support / Help page.

International Shipping

We proudly offer international shipping to many countries. If you see shipping options available after entering your delivery country and address, then we can ship to your country! If not, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time. If we do not currently ship to your location, please feel free to reach out to us and share your interest. We are always working to add more countries to our list of available locations to ship to!

Please note – We cannot accept returns for orders with delivery addresses outside the USA. We also cannot cancel orders once they have been placed, if they are to be delivered to an international location outside of the USA. Please see our Terms and Conditions page for more information.

Depending on your country, we may offer shipping with Delivered Duties Paid (DDP), or Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). It is your responsibility to select what option you prefer (if multiple options are available).

If you have selected a Delivered Duties Unpaid shipping method, you will be solely responsible for paying all applicable Import Duties and Taxes once the shipment has reached your countries border. Typically once the shipment arrives at your country’s border for customs, you will receive an email or call from the shipping company to pay duties on the import. Duty and Tax rates can be found within your countries import and customs regulations.

Please do note, due to international package size restrictions, if you purchase a Triple LINK Set, or place a single order that includes more than 2 individual LINK Units (in sets, or otherwise), the shipment will come in 2 or more separate boxes.
We do not offer returns on any international orders, outside of the USA

Returns

We accept returns and exchanges on new, unused, and eligible products with original tags attached that are purchased directly from www.zigzagclimbing.com within 14 days of the original delivery date, on orders delivered within the USA. Check out our full return policy and return page here, or contact us via the Support / Help form.

Due to the nature and intended use of LINK® Crash Pad System products, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on these products. These products include the LINK® Crash Pad System, LINK Tapes, and LINK Carry Harnesses. All sales are final on these products.

If there is a defect or issue with the product you purchased, please reach out to ZIGZAG via the Support / Help form and we will make it right!

We do not offer returns on any international orders, outside of the USA.

Why did I receive 2+ tracking numbers on my order?

Some products may be shipped from different locations and some orders may be split into multiple packages. We want to be sure you can keep an eye on all the awesome ZIGZAG Climbing products as they make their way to you!

Looking to buy more than 3 LINK® Pad Sets?

We’re happy to help and extend a discount for large purchases! LINK® Pads are great for home gym coverage, and linking up with friends! Please contact us via the Support / Help form and we’ll be sure to get back to you soon!

Foam Recycling & Discount Code Offer

ZIGZAG Climbing has worked hard to utilize the most eco-friendly and recyclable foams for our LINK Crash Pad product. We encourage you to recycle your foam once your products have reached the end of their usable lifecycle. If you would like help finding somewhere to responsibly recycle your foam near you, please reach out via the Support / Help page!

Did you know we also offer discount codes to those who responsibly recycled their old foam? You can take advantage of this by showing us proof of how you recycled your LINK® crash pad foam! Be certain to reach out via the Support / Help page!

Product Instructions and Help

On LINK® Crash Pads, please refer to the hangtags and sewn on tags that come on the product for detailed instruction. If anything is not clear, your tag is missing, or you have questions on other ZIGZAG Products, please reach out with any questions on our Support / Help page!

Climbing

Where can I climb outdoors?

We want you to be able to enjoy your ZIGZAG gear wherever you are! Take a look at www.MountainProject.com to find climbing areas close to you! Mountain Project is a great resource for finding awesome outdoor climbing spots. Also ask staff at your local climbing gym to find great recommendations on where to climb outdoors!

Remember, always be safe, aware of your surroundings when climbing, and never trespass on private property!

How do I find people to climb with?

We want you to be able to Link up with Friends and climb outdoors together. Check the hashtag #LinkUpWithFriends to see who’s climbing! Your local gym is also a great place to find awesome climbers like yourself to meet up and climb with!
