Returns and Exchanges

We exist to create gear that you love. We stand by our product, and want to hear from you if you are not completely satisfied.

Request a product return here. Please fill out the form below completely and click submit to be connected to a personal returns agent. We will respond to your request as soon as possible with a confirmation and further instructions.

Returns Policy

  • Returns can be made on eligible physical products that are purchased directly from www.zigzagclimbing.com within 14 days of the original delivery date, if the delivery location was within the USA.
  • We cannot accept returns on orders that were delivered to international locations, outside of the USA. If you are located internationally outside of the USA and there is an issue with the product(s) you purchased from www.zigzagclimbing.com, please reach out to us via our Support/Help page.
  • We can only accept returns from the original purchaser of the goods. The email address used on this return form to communicate with ZIGZAG Climbing must match the exact email address used to place the original order.
  • We cannot accept returns on gift cards or digital products.
  • Product must be in new and unworn condition, with all original tags attached.
  • The purchaser is responsible for all costs and fees associated with return shipping.
  • ZIGZAG Climbing is not responsible for returns that are lost in transit or do not arrive at the exact return address that will be provided by ZIGZAG Climbing once you submit the form below.
  • We highly recommend you purchase insurance for your return shipment, and have delivery tracking.
  • Returns for refund may be subject to a 5% restocking fee on the total paid product cost
  • Shipping charges incurred during your order are non-refundable
  • Refunds for orders that were processed with free shipping are subject to have shipping and handling deducted from the refunded amount, equal to the shipping and handling fees incurred by ZIGZAG Climbing during the processing of the original order.
  • Any funds that are returned to you will be processed only after we have reviewed the reason for return, received the returned product, and determined the eligibility of the return refund rate depending entirely on the policy listed here.
  • The average timeline for refunds to begin processing is 5 days from the date in which we receive the returned product or order.

Eligible Products for Returns and Exchanges

Vessel Chalk Bag, Impact Climbing Chalk, and Apparel Products

  • Returns can be made within 14 days of delivery on all Vessel Chalk Bags and Apparel products that are purchased through the official ZIGZAG Climbing website (www.zigzagclimbing.com).
  • Products purchased from a retailer cannot be returned to ZIGZAG Climbing, and are subject to that retailers return policy.
  • Impact Climbing Chalk must be unopened, and in new condition.
  • Product must be in new, unworn, and unused condition, with original tags attached.

Link Crash Pad System Products

  • Due to the nature and intended use of LINK Crash Pad System products, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on these products.
  • LINK Crash Pad System products include: LINK Crash Pads, LINK Tapes, and Link Pad Carry Harnesses.
  • If the product you purchased has any defects, please see Product Defects and Issues section below and reach out to us immediately.

Returns and Exchanges for Product Defects and Issues

  • If any product purchased from ZIGZAG Climbing has a sewing or construction defect, please reach out! We stand by our products and their construction, and are here to help.
  • If a part or piece of your product is broken, please also reach out so we may try and assist.

Worn Out Product

  • All products, gear, and equipment – Including those for rock climbing, bouldering, or general athletic use will wear out over time. We have gone to great lengths to create rock climbing and athletic products that are durable and offer longevity. With this said, we are not able to warranty normal wear and tear that occurs on our products from use.
  • If any product has worn out or become damaged beyond that of normal wear and tear from the intended use of that product, please reach out so we can try to assist!
